Jeff Loomis Premieres New Song “Speak Of Nothing” with Guitarworld.com + Announces Plains of Oblivion – Tour Edition

Guitar mastermind Jeff Loomis has teamed up with Guitarworld.com to premiere his newest song “Speak Of Nothing.”  Featuring vocals from Joe Nurre, the track will be included on the special Tour Edition of Plains Of Oblivion which will be out on April 16, 2013 via Century Media Records.  In support of his upcoming dates with Soilwork, the  Plains Of Oblivion – Tour Edition features three bonus tracks, in addition to the original Plains Of Oblivion disc that was released earlier this year.  The Guitarworld.com premiere of “Speak Of Nothing” can be heard here and “A Liar’s Chain,” which is another of the bonus tracks on the disc, can be heard here.

Plains Of Oblivion was released in April 2012 via Century Media Records. The album was produced by Aaron Smith (7 Horns 7 Eyes) and features cover artwork by Colin Marks of Rain Song Design, who did previous work on Jeff’s solo debut Zero Order Phase, as well as the Nevermore DVD The Year Of The Voyager.
