Berlin psychedelic hard rock trio Kadavar ~ Christoph “Lupus” Lindemann (guitar / vocals), Simon “Dragon” Bouteloup (bass) and Christoph “Tiger” Bartelt (drums) ~ has announced a North American headlining tour, set to kick off on April 4 in Houston, TX. The scheduled five week trek ~ presented by Scion AV ~ will see the band take the stage in 25 major markets across the U.S. and Canada, bringing its much talked about live show and deep daze retro-metal to as many music fans as possible. Kadavar continues to thrill audiences across the globe, touring in support of its semi-self-titled debut LP Abra Kadavar, a record that “…takes us back to the origins of metal” (Popmatters) and is a “…perfectly styled 70s psych-metal from a Berlin trio that cheated on Led Zeppelin with Pentagram” (SPIN). Abra Kadavar is out now via Nuclear Blast Records HERE.
“We are excited to return to North America and our amplifiers are at the ready,” shares Kadavar vocalist / guitarist Christoph Lindemann. “We hope you are ready for what we are bringing your way. See you soon.”

More accolades from the press:
“The sound is flawless. Kadavar are legit.” – Decibel
“Kadavar’s stoner rock has a proto-metal vibe that goes way beyond mere Sabbath worship. Power, conviction and piles of twisted soul constitute the real reason to check these guys out. The blown-out production, which makes the album sound like an ancient demo tape unearthed from some charnel vault, is another excellent feature.” – MTV Iggy
“…supremely badass rock & roll…” – Austin Chronicle
“Beamed in from a time when heavy rock meant heavy riffs instead of a million genre-specific mutations…like a lost treasure from 1970…” – The Big Takeover
