Even though we’ve been lucky enough to shoot Mastodon ~ Brann Dailor, drums and vocals, Brent Hinds, guitar and vocals, Bill Kelliher, guitar, Troy Sanders, bass and vocals ~ many times before, we were still bummed that they weren’t able to perform at this past summer’s Heavy Montreal ~ but getting to catch them on night #1 definitely made up for it!
