Bass music’s bad boy is keeping it hot for us this winter. BORGORE will be heading back on tour this January and February on The Buygore Show tour that will stop at Royale Nightclub in Boston on Friday, January 30. Joining him will be his Buygore label mates Ookay, Jauz and Dotcom.

Ah, a slumber party...

Ah, nothing beats a good ol’ fashioned slumber party…

Along with BORGORE’s thunderous set, each performance on The Buygore Show tour will feature his “slumber party,” an homage to late night debauchery and pillow fights. The upcoming tour is in support of BORGORE’s new album, The Buygore Album, set for release January 13, 2015. For the first time in the history of Buygore Records, BORGORE has assembled the roster’s artists for both an album and a tour comprised exclusively of “family.” Hand picking his tour mates has been his unbridled vision and he’s bringing BLVKSTAR, Ookay, Jauz, Dotcom, Riggi & Piros, Dan Farber, ShayGray, Yael, and BLVKSTAR/“Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse” collaborator Sikdope along for the ride. Since first founding his Buygore label, the electronic dance music Renaissance man (rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, Buygore Records head honcho and lady killer) has always wanted to launch a full-blown tour with all his label’s artists, and that dream will become reality in 2015.

The album’s first single, “Lindsay Lohan,” brings BORGORE and Jauz together for a booming and bombastic bass romp. Trap production resounds in between the titular robotic refrain, churning out a bona fide banger and tip of the hat to the ultimate party girl.   You can hear the track ~ which made its premiere yesterday (December 10) on Consequence of Sound ~ here

The LUXE edition

The LUXE edition

BORGORE ~ aka the Israeli-born Asaf Borger ~ has enjoyed one of his biggest and fiercest years yet. His debut studio album #NEWGOREORDER (Buygore/Dim Mak) debuted at #1 on the iTunes Top Electronic Albums Chart and clinched #3 on Billboard’s Electronic Albums Chart, #3 on the Top New Artists Albums Chart, #22 on the Top Independent Albums Chart, #44 on the Overall Digital Albums Chart and #112 on the Top 200 upon its release July 8. And just in time for the holidays, BORGORE released the deluxe format of the album #NEWGOREORDER LUXE [DELUXE EDITION] on December 1. The LUXE version features the original version of the studio album ~ which includes the album’s single “Ratchet” or the quotable “Bitches love cake” from “Decisions” featuring pop superstar Miley Cyrus ~ along with a wide range of remixes by the likes of Steve Aoki, Ookay, Getter and Chardy, plus a newly minted original track from Borgore entitled “Rock That Gold.” The remixes cover a wide range of the electronic dance music spectrum, including trap reinterpretations from Ookay and Dan Farber, main room electro house from Steve Aoki and Dim Mak young gun Max Styler, and even twerk and G-House re-rubs from Reid Stefan and Daniel Fernandes, respectively.
