THE CONTEST
The New York Times best-selling author is staging a social media contest with a First Prize for one lucky winner who will receive a personal, five-minute phone call from the Aerosmith co-founder. To qualify for the contest, entrants need to pose holding their copy of ROCKS: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith, show where they display it in their home, lean it against their favorite guitar, let their pet curl up with it for a nap, really…anything goes (anything clean, that is), so get creative! Two second prize winners will each get a “Rock Your World” t-shirt and a bottle of “Rock Your World” sauce signed by Joe, and three third prize winners will each get a bottle of “Rock Your World” sauce, also signed by Joe.

Joe Perry’s’s ROCKS: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith (Simon & Schuster) spent the two weeks following its October 7 release on the prestigious New York Times’ Bestseller List. ROCKS entered the charts at #8 and remained in the Top Ten (#10) week two. In the book, Perry shares ~ openly and unapologetically ~ what life was and is like as the lead guitarist and co-head writer of Aerosmith. The autobiography has placed Perry in high demand; he completed a cross-country book tour with multiple nights in New York, his Boston hometown (three in-stores), Chicago, San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles and a stop at The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in Cleveland.
