Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin ~ the Italian progressive rock band known for their film soundtrack compositions ~ are embarking on their first-ever Dawn of the Dead Tour, on which they’ll perform their seminal soundtrack to the classic George A. Romero film Dawn of the Dead. The band will perform alongside the film itself, allowing fans an entirely unique, immersive experience. See the complete list of tour dates below.

Claudio Simonetti founded Goblin in 1975, and the group has produced full-length records and soundtracks in varying incarnations ever since. In addition to his work with Goblin on the Dario Argento films Profondo Rosso, Suspiria, and Tenebre, Simonetti composed the soundtracks to Opera/Terror at the Opera, Phenomena/Creepers, and others on his own. Goblin’s soundtrack to Dawn of the Dead (titled Zombi), originally written to the European version, is arguably their most well-known release, and it makes for a very fitting live introduction to US audiences.
The performance melds cinema, live music, and horror in a way that makes it a sensory experience not to be missed, especially for fans of Simonetti, Goblin (Simonetti, keyboards, Bruno Previtali, guitar, Federico Amorosi, bass, Titta Tani, drums), Romero, and the host of films mentioned above.
