NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series Returns to New England Dragway & Motorsports Park
With the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series making its 2nd annual visit to Epping, N.H., the legion of fans in the New England states finally have an event to call their own.
In their first finals head-to-head matchup, Courtney Force snatched the Funny Car victory from her legendary father John Force at the Inaugural Auto-Plus NHRA New England Nationals at New England Dragway in June ’13 ~ Photo courtesy of motorntv.com

In 1965, the long and colorful drag racing history in New England prompted construction of the New England Dragway & Motorsports Park, “Built by racers for racers,” which opened just a year later. Recent enhancements, including an all-concrete racing surface, have the facility revved up to host the track’s largest event once again, this year from June 19 at 9am to June 22 at 4pm.
