It screamed ‘Louder Than Life’ and I felt this was the perfect destination for this kind of rock festival.” He adds, “I’ve created the Louder Than Life festival to highlight and celebrate the ‘Culinary Capital of Bourbon Country.’ And of course, the culture of rock & roll and bourbon go hand in hand!”
Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer shares that, “We’re so excited to have the Louder Than Life festival come to Louisville and I can’t wait for the world to try our great local food, which got its start with the birth of the cheeseburger in our city over 80 years ago.”

Most companies spend their money on ad agencies, TV commercials, radio spots, and billboards to tell you how good their products are. Monster Energy chose none of those options, instead choosing to support the scene, their bands, their athletes and their fans. ME backs athletes so they can make a career out of their passion. They promote concert tours so that their favorite bands can visit our hometowns. They celebrate with the fans by throwing parties and making the coolest events they can think up a reality.
