Kemical Kill Featuring 13-Year-Old Guitar Hero Nik Kai Performing @ Whisky A Go-Go this Friday, March 28th!
Alternative band Kemical Kill, featuring 13-year-old American guitar prodigy Nik Kai, is set to perform at 10:00pm this Friday, March 28th at the world famous Whisky A Go-Go with Gravity Layne, Driving Lindsey, Calidra, City Waves, Nothing Less, and Urban Development. The show is all ages and tickets are available at the door. See the poster to the left for location details.
Kemical Kill features a brand new lead singer and bass player, and recently appeared at the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund’s 3rd Annual Awards Gala at the Avalon nightclub in Hollywood, CA (see below for a photo).
This show will be a particularly unique opportunity for concert-goers as Nik Kai recently signed a production contract to film a pilot for an upcoming documentary-style reality show, and the team will be filming at this show! Kemical Kill will be giving away merchandise from several of Nik’s endorsers to fans, as well. Nik Kai is endorsed by Monster Energy Music, Gibson/Epiphone, Coffin Case, Dunlop, EMG Pickups, Marshall Amps, Boomphones, Demented Customs, PickBay, Rock N Roll Industries, Reveloution 1 and Webpaper.co.
Nik Kai’s playing is a feat to behold ~ after only three years of performing and studying the instrument, Nik’s remarkable hand/eye coordination and photographic memory can be credited in his ability to instantly retain music. To date, Nik Kai has shared the stage with Motörhead, Slash and many, many other big name talents. In addition to being featured on Howard Stern and various national television programs, won LA Music Awards’ 2011 Rock Guitarist of the year, is the youngest nominee in the history of the prestigious Metal Hammer UK’s Golden God Awards, stunned the crowd at Dimebash 2011, became an endorsee for a veritable who’s-who in the music industry, and plays with many of today’s top players and musical legends. Nik now has his sights set on releasing his merchandise line, finishing his first album, and touring the world.
Nik Kai is currently managed by Todd Singerman of Singerman Entertainment.
