Operation Rock Fest ~ Saluting Our Heroes

We at Flashwounds love finding out about festivals that haven’t been on our radar before ~ especially ones that are for a great cause and bring together some of our favorite bands.  This week, we were invited to Operation Rock Fest, taking place in Fredericksburg, VA, on June 21.  What’s the inspiration behind this festival and the 21 [kickass] bands it features?  It’s putting on an amazing rock show while supporting America’s heroes ~ in other words, ORF is a 21 Band Salute to our troops.  Now take a look at the line-up ~ between the uber-worthwhile cause and the stellar talent on the roster, how could you NOT want to be there?
