Grapplers Quest’s “Beast of the East” returns Saturday, March 29 at Queens College in Fitzgerald Gymnasium, located at 65-30 Kissena Boulevard, in Flushing, New York. This is the 10th anniversary of “The Beast of the East,” the Official East Coast Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships.

A total of 230 East Coast titles will be on the line in No-Gi Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling for All Ages and Skill Levels; Championship belts for Men’s and Women’s Advanced No-Gi Division Champions and Double Gold Winners in Youth Divisions. Fighters may register online before Wednesday, Mar. 26 at 11:59 p/m ET will receive a Free T-shirt, save $21 off at-the-door pricing, plus get a Free Seminar with “Ultimate Fighter, Season 7” and veteran Bellator fighter Dante Rivera (Ricardo Almeida Black Belt), on Saturday, Mar. 29 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Two Grand Prizes to UFC Fan Expo Announced for Mar. 29 Champions!

Two winners on Mar. 29 at Grapplers Quest’s “Beast of the East,” the Men’s and Women’s No-Gi Advanced Absolute Division Champions, will win a trip to Las Vegas for UFC Fan Expo 2014 on Saturday and Sunday, July 5-6, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Winners will receive $250 towards airfare, 3 nights hotel, plus all registration fees covered for Grapplers Quest at UFC Fan Expo to compete.  Division is open to all challengers on Mar. 29 for the prestigious Grand Prizes; register now HERE.

The Professional 4-Man Tournament is 100-percent Submission Only No-Gi Submission Grappling for Grapplers Quest’s “Beast of the East,” starting at 10:30 a.m. ET, and featuring Rustam Chsiev (K-Dojo, ADCC Veteran and Grapplers Quest Champion), vs. Dante Rivera (Ultimate Fighting Championship and Bellator) and Todd “Black Dynamite” Mueckenheim (UFC Gym Head Instructor) vs. Nolan Dutcher (Black and Blue MMA, Black Belt under Justin Garcia).
