The Los Angeles-based heavy metal quartet EXMORTUS is excited to unveil their energetic new music video for the track “Foe Hammer,” taken from their acclaimed Prosthetic debut Slave To The Sword. Unleash the power of the sword and check out the video, directed by Ron Thunderwood (9 Electric), HERE.
Described as “a song-centric demonstration of thrash/death intensity and memorable trad metal songwriting” by Outburn (who gave the album a perfect 10/10 review), Slave To The Sword features 10 heavy-hitting tracks which LA Weekly says evoke memories of “…80s shred guitar greats like Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai.”
The band is currently winding up a successful support run with Gothenburg icons Dark Tranquillity, after which they will immediately embark on a co-headlining tour throughout the eastern U.S. alongside Lich King. The band will continue to deliver their refreshing and energetic live show in support of German thrashers Destruction and Brazilian death metal stalwarts Krisiun for the final three weeks of their spring North American tour.
