Festival 2013

Free Press Summer Festival is proud to announce our 2014 lineup. This year’s lineup expands upon last year’s benchmark success with a bigger and better slate of genre-spanning artists. The 2014 headliners include: Six-time Grammy award winner Jack White, 2013 Pitchfork.com and Rolling Stone Album of the year winners Vampire Weekend, Billboard Hot 100 chart topper Zedd, the incomparable Ms. Lauryn Hill, Wu-Tang Clan ~ whom “…no weapon in hip-hop history can rival [with their] chaotic cohesion,” two-time Essential Mix winners Above & Beyond, Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros, Dwight Yoakam, Childish Gambino, Deftones and so many more.

For the first time in our five-year history, we sold out of passes in advance of the 2013 event. In late 2013, we quickly sold out of Blind Presale passes for FPSF 2014.

2013

FPSF is taking advantage of some of the dynamic changes made to Eleanor Tinsley Park and the surrounding areas, including an expanded main stage area anchored by the Bud Light Amphitheatre as well as an expanded interconnectivity amongst different stage areas. Additionally, we have ramped up the Fancy Pants experience with bigger, colder tents and a swankier overall experience.

As always, FPSF aims to bring you a festival as diverse as the city that hosts it, along with the best of local food & drink, art installations, and vendors. This year’s festival will continue to expand its arts presence with the inclusion of large-scale, interactive artwork designed and built by notable local artists.  We will be awarding honorariums to artists who execute selected large-scale installations, so if you’ve got an idea, contact art@fpsf.com to pitch it to us for consideration!

IMPORTANT: Passes for this year will include: General Admission and Fancy Pants. Check www.fpsf.com for more details, including tickets and updates to the line-up.
