Phish Announces Fall 2013 Tour
East Coast Run Launches with Trio of Shows at Hampton Coliseum
Three-night Stand at Boardwalk Hall Kicks Off on Halloween
Online Ticket Request Period Is Underway: Tickets Go On Sale to General Public Beginning Thursday, August 8
Phish will kick off its first fall tour since 2010 in Hampton, VA, playing three consecutive nights at Hampton Coliseum (October 18, 19 and 20). The East Coast run will also take the band to Rochester, NY, Glens Falls, NY, Worcester, MA, Hartford, CT and Reading, PA. Phish will wrap up the outing with a three-night stand at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ that begins on Halloween night.
An online ticket request period for the fall tour is currently underway HERE. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Thursday, August 8. For details, go HERE. Ticket prices for each specific date on the tour will include a free MP3 download of the evening’s entire show (a fully mixed soundboard recording) that can be redeemed HERE shortly after the band steps off stage.
“Phish are in one of the best grooves of their career,” said Rolling Stone in a feature that coincided with the launch of the group’s summer tour. The band is heading west for this weekend’s shows at The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA (July 26 and 27), which will both be webcast on LivePhish.com. The following weekend’s sold-out shows at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA (August 2 – 4) will also be webcast live. For further details, visit LivePhish.com.
Other West Coast dates include two sold-out nights at Lake Tahoe Harvey’s Outdoor Arena and an evening at Los Angeles’ legendary Hollywood Bowl. For the third consecutive year, Phish will wrap up its summer run with a trio of Labor Day weekend shows at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO (August 30 – September 1). The band released two live collections in the weeks leading up this year’s summer tour: Ventura, a six-CD set that captures two full shows, recorded July 30, 1997 and July 20, 1998 at Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, CA, and Live Bait Vol. 9, a nine-track compilation of live Phish performances that can be streamed or downloaded for free HERE.
