Meanwhile, a very special evening with Queens Of The Stone Age has been confirmed for August 1 at Cabaret Metro in Chicago. Tickets for the intimate pre-Lollapalooza affair will be on sale to the public beginning 10 a.m. local time on Friday, July 12. Tickets are limited to 2 per customer, are non-transferable and available only for will call pick-up with valid ID.
The Cabaret Metro show pushes up the start date of the Queens of The Stone Age North American tour by one day. With the onslaught currently laying waste to the arenas and festival grounds of the UK and Europe winding down, the Queens will turn their attention to the States and Canada from Lollapalooza through mid-October.
