Throttlefest Kansas City is produced by Full Throttle Saloon owner Michael Ballard and Jesse James Dupree.  Co- Organizer and Jackyl front man Jesse James Dupree shares, “I cannot think of a more lethal combination than the Full Throttle Saloon’s ThrottleFest event coupled with Johnny Dare’s 20th Anniversary Celebration. Combined together will be nothing less than explosive. What could possibly go wrong?”  98 The Rock’s Johnny Dare adds, “Twenty years in radio is unheard of. Over the years, we’ve made a lot of really great friends and we’re bringing them all to this party. I think it’s safe to say someone’s going to jail. Most likely it’s us.”
