Melechesh Announce Headlining North American Tour
Mesopotamian thrashing black metal pioneers Melechesh will be returning to North America this June for a headlining tour in support of their fifth studio album The Epigenesis. Support will come from Norway’s Vreid and two bands from Los Angeles: Lightning Swords of Death & Reign of Lies.
Melechesh frontman & guitarist Ashmedi shares the following: “We are looking forward to touring North America… and this time as headliners! The crowd over there made us feel very welcome on previous occasions. Naturally, this time we will have the chance to extend our live set offering more of our Sumerian sonic magick. It will be a great tour with special and talented guests playing with us. Last but not least, it will be our first time playing Mexico! About time!“
