Scale The Summit on Tour with Intronaut ~ New Album The Migration Due Out This Summer
Progressive instrumentalists Scale The Summit ~ whose new album The Migration will be released this summer ~ will support Intronaut on an upcoming North American tour. Sponsored by MetalSucks, the month-long tour also features Mouth of the Architect or labelmates Castle on select dates.
Guitarist Chris Letchford, who recently released his own signature series Strandberg guitar, commented, “We’re very excited to finally get a tour with Intronaut happening. We had a tour planned with them about two years ago, but that went on the back burner. This tour is going to be a good time. We’ll both have new albums out, and it will be our first tour since taking time off to write our new album The Migration. We’re excited to get back out on the road and play new songs for everyone!”
Based in Houston, Scale The Summit has released three acclaimed albums to date and toured in recent years with a who’s who of modern progressive metal, from legends like Dream Theater, Cynic and Devin Townsend to next-generation heroes like Between The Buried And Me, Periphery, and Protest The Hero. More information on The Migration will be revealed in the coming weeks.
