Phish will kick off its 2013 summer tour with its first-ever concert at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine (7/3), which will be followed by a three-night stand at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (7/5-7). The outing will also include an evening at Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre (7/9), marking the band’s first concert in Canada in nearly 13 years, and Phish’s first shows at Charter One Pavilion on Northerly Island(7/19-21), which is located on a 91-acre peninsula that juts into Lake Michigan and offers a stunning view of the Chicago skyline.

West Coast dates include Phish’s return to The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA (7/26 & 27), the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA (8/2-4) and Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl (8/5). For the third consecutive year, the band will wrap up its summer run with a trio of Labor Day weekend shows (8/30 – 9/1) at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO. See below for a complete itinerary.

An online ticket request period for the tour is currently underway HERE. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning March 29 and 30. For details, click HERE. Ticket prices for each specific date on the tour will include a free MP3 download of the evening’s entire show (a fully mixed soundboard recording) that can be redeemed HERE shortly after the band steps off stage.

In a 2012 live review, the SF Weekly praised Phish’s “undeniably infectious appeal,” noting: “…a live Phish show is a wholly unique experience…Songs like ‘Possum,’ ‘Tweezer,’ and perennial fan favorite ‘Run Like An Antelope’ were positively thrilling rides of sonic confluence…” while the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette observed, “…the lawn was absolutely packed ~ the usual turnout ~ and it was difficult to find anybody who wasn’t having the time of his life.” “[The] quartet still has the ability to surprise…The Hollywood Bowl has rarely been as ebullient as it was on Monday,” said the Los Angeles Times in a review of a sold-out 2011 show. Rolling Stone recently named Phish as one of “The New Immortals” ~ current bands that the magazine predicts “…will stand the test of time.”
