O.A.R. Announces 29-Date Sounds of Summer Tour

Touring powerhouse O.A.R. has announced their 29-date Sounds of Summer Tour which will include performances at Citi Field, Merriweather Post Pavilion, PNC Bank Arts Center and a return to Red Rocks Amphitheater where the band recorded their live 2012 CD and DVD, Live on Red Rocks. The double disc CD set and DVD “…by one of the tightest live bands at work these days…” (The Oklahoman) were both released on November 19th with a Blu-ray version of the concert DVD being released on March 19th.

O.A.R., who is currently at work on their eighth studio album, announced their Sounds of Summer Tour to fans via a video message on their YouTube page. To view the video message, go to HERE.

The tour begins on June 7^th in Norfolk, VA and concludes in Holmdel, NJ on August 3^rd. Joining the band on the road this summer will be special guests Andrew McMahon and Allen Stone. In addition to their headlining performances, the band will also perform with the Dave Matthews Band in Cincinnati, OH on July 12^th.

O.A.R. will be offering a limited number of O.A.R. V.I.P. Party Packages at select shows this summer. The packages provide the option of premium reserved seats or General Admission lawn tickets (subject to venue availability) as well as exclusive perks including access to a V.I.P. only party lounge, a special limited edition autographed tour poster, priority venue entry, merchandise discounts and a free live recording of the show attended.
